Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

We only collect the data you give us and the minimum needed for the site to work:

• Estimate form: name, phone number, email address (optional), service of interest and message.
• Review form: name, rating and the text of your review.
• When you submit a form, we temporarily record your IP address (in memory, for at most one hour) to stop automated submissions and abuse. We do not store it permanently.
• Cookie-free usage statistics: which pages are visited, which site visitors come from, device and browser type, and approximate country or city. These statistics cannot identify you and are never linked to form data.

2. What we use it for

• To answer your estimate request and get in touch with you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To publish your review on the site, with your name, only after we have reviewed and approved it.
• To protect the site against spam and unauthorized access.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve it.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties.

3. Where it is stored and who can see it

Only the CMC Air Solutions team sees your data. To run the site we use providers that store it on our behalf:

• Supabase: database and file storage (reviews, photos and site settings), on servers located in the United States.
• Hostinger: hosting for the website and for the business email account where estimate requests arrive.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy.

These providers only process the data to provide their service to us and are required to protect it.

4. How long we keep it

• Estimate requests: kept in the business email account while needed to serve you and for at most two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Reviews pending approval: deleted automatically after 7 days if not approved.
• Approved reviews: shown until we remove them or you ask us to.
• Usage statistics: kept in aggregate form, without any data that identifies you.

5. Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and usage statistics work without cookies. The only cookies that exist are technical and are created only when signing in to the business admin panel; no visitor receives them.

If we add tools that use cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and to remove a published review. Write to davidmenendez9901@gmail.com or call (786) 303-3025; we reply within 30 days at most.

If you live somewhere whose laws grant you additional rights (for example, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the State of California), you can exercise them through the same channels. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising purposes.

7. Minors

This site is aimed at adults hiring services for their home or business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if you believe a minor has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The site always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), limits automated submissions, and access to panel data requires a password plus a code sent by email. No system is infallible, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
